Voices, past, present, and future would like to talk to you about a couple of books that I have recently read and would like to recommend.
I am an Amazon affiliate and will earn a commission from anything that you purchase from my site.
The first book I would like to recommend is one that I have mentioned in the past, IF YOU TELL, by Gregg Olsen. I recently recommended this book to my daughter and she is absolutely enthralled in it. She has two boys to keep up with and can’t seem to put it down. This book is a true story and the levels that one woman goes to, to prove she is above those around her. The way she is able to manipulate others and deminish them to nothing is absolutely heartbreaking and pisses you off at the same time. The sisters in this book asked Gregg Olsen to write this book to inform others that their mother will do this again.
If you aren’t quite ready to go to the library, I recommend purchasing it through Kindle or reading it for free on Kindle Unlimited if you have an account.
The other book I would like to recommend is ONE BY ONE, by Freida McFadden. If I hadn’t of had so many things going on at once, I could have read this book in one day. I actually finished it while I was on vacation. It is an unputdownable book!
It literally lives up to the title. A trip to a cabin ends in the people on the trip disappearing one by one, and there are so many twists toward the end of this book, I couldn’t put it down until I found out what actually happened. My grandkids had come to visit me while I was reading this and they asked me what it was about. I began telling them, and they were so enthused by what I was telling them, they wanted me to read it to them. Of coarse, it wasn’t age appropriate for my two little ones.
Again, I recommend it through Kindle, and if you have a Kindle Unlimited subscription, you can read it for free.
